Because each item is handcrafted and made with great care, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve the problem.

Please include your name, order number, and a description of the issue. Photos will be requested for damaged items.

Looking for a different color or a custom color combination? Special orders are welcome! Simply contact me with your request, and I’ll be happy to discuss available options and create something just for you whenever possible.
